Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information VibeLogic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects when you use Querylitics, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and application at https://app.querylitics.com.
In short:
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies or scripts.
- Your card details are entered on our payment provider’s pages and never reach our servers.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, your first and last name, and details of the sign-in method you choose, such as an emailed code, a password, or a third-party sign-in provider. We also collect the name of your organization, and who its members are and what roles they hold. When an administrator invites someone, we collect that person’s email address.
Account information is held by our identity provider, WorkOS. We do not store passwords ourselves.
Billing information
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card and billing contact details are entered directly on Stripe’s pages and never reach our servers. We give Stripe your organization’s name so it can create the billing record. We keep a reference to that record and a summary of your subscription: its status, the number of seats and linked domains, its tier, and its renewal date.
Search Console data
For each property you link, we retrieve and store search performance data from Google Search Console: the date, the search query, the page URL, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.
Google reports search queries in aggregate. They are not linked to the people who made the searches.
Content you create
We store what you create in the service: report names, keyword tags and their phrases, URL segments and their patterns, and sitemap URLs. Each is stored with an identifier for the member who created it.
Feedback and bug reports
When you use the feedback panel, we collect the text you write, the page you sent it from, and, if you are signed in, your email address and an identifier for your organization.
The bug report link in the footer opens a Google Form. What you enter there is collected through that form.
Information about linked websites
For a site you link, we fetch its public robots.txt and sitemap files, and we look up its DNS records to verify ownership of the domain.
Technical information
Our hosting and identity providers process technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, as needed to deliver and secure the service. Our server logs record identifiers, such as organization and user identifiers and linked domains, to help us troubleshoot problems.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide the service, including signing you in, syncing your Search Console data, and running your reports;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- send service emails, such as sign-in codes, invitations, and notices about billing, storage, and data deletion;
- respond to feedback and requests for support;
- keep the service secure, troubleshoot problems, and prevent misuse; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information with the companies that help us run the service. Each one processes it only as needed to provide its service to us.
- WorkOS provides sign-in, accounts, organizations, and invitations.
- Stripe processes payments and manages subscription billing.
- Google Cloud stores your Search Console data and the content you create, supplies the Search Console data we retrieve, and stores feedback and bug reports.
- Resend delivers the service emails we send.
- Railway hosts the application.
- Slack carries internal alerts to our team, which can include organization names and members’ email addresses.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your organization’s subscription is active.
When a subscription lapses
A subscription lapses when it is cancelled, or when a payment fails and is not resolved. 7 days after it lapses, we permanently delete the organization’s Search Console data and the content its members created. We email the organization’s administrators before this happens. Bringing the subscription back into good standing before the deletion date stops the deletion.
When storage runs over
If an organization stays over its storage allowance for 14 days, we pause the daily sync of new data. Nothing is deleted.
When a domain is unlinked
Unlinking a domain keeps its stored data, so that linking it again restores its history. That data is deleted when the organization’s data is deleted, or earlier if you ask us.
Account and billing records
Account records held by WorkOS and billing records held by Stripe are not removed by the automatic deletion described above. You can ask us to delete them. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Feedback
We keep feedback until we no longer need it, or until you ask us to delete it.
Staff access
Authorized members of our staff can access organizations’ data in order to operate, support, and troubleshoot the service. They access it only for those purposes.
Security
We protect your information with measures that include:
- encrypted connections to the service;
- encrypted session cookies;
- keeping each organization’s data separate, and checking every request against the organization it belongs to; and
- leaving passwords with our identity provider, so that we never store them.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where data is stored
Your Search Console data and the content you create are stored in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
If you use the service from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@vibelogic.com. You can also export your reports from the service at any time while your subscription is in good standing.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights. Residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California, among others, may have the right to object to or restrict how their information is used, to receive it in a portable form, and to complain to a data protection authority. We respond to these requests as the law requires.
You also have these choices:
- You can withdraw our access to a property at any time by removing our service account in Google Search Console.
- You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser’s settings.
Children’s privacy
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or through the service before it takes effect.
